Usage and network fees
Default overages are $5 per additional 1,000 contacts and $1 per additional 1,000 emails. SMS is Twilio cost plus 15 percent. Bedrock is cost plus 20 percent. Paid-content fees are 5 percent Free, 2 percent Creator, 0.5 percent Business, and negotiated Enterprise. Sponsorship and recommendation network fees are 10 percent.
