Data we process
We process account, workspace, contact, message, publishing, commerce, billing, and operational data needed to provide CommsHQ. Customers control the audience data they submit.
How data is used
We use data to deliver requested services, secure accounts, maintain consent and suppression records, measure usage, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
Workspace administrators can export, correct, restrict, and erase eligible data. Communication recipients can unsubscribe or manage preferences at any time. Some audit, billing, and suppression records must be retained for legal and safety purposes.
