Using CommsHQ
You are responsible for your workspace, content, recipients, integrations, and compliance with applicable communications, privacy, commerce, and consumer-protection laws.
Permission to communicate
You may contact only people for whom you have valid permission. You must honor opt-outs, quiet hours, one-click unsubscribe, STOP requests, and suppression records. Purchased or scraped lists are prohibited.
Billing
Paid plans, overages, platform fees, and network fees are described on the pricing page and confirmed before charge. Connected-store sales do not carry a CommsHQ transaction fee.
Availability and termination
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but availability is not guaranteed. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. You may export your eligible data and close your workspace subject to retention obligations.
